From preparing nourishing meals, to learning newborn soothing techniques, to understanding the intense emotional challenges of postpartum hormones, it all fascinated me. In my early twenties I was blessed to welcome four of my own children, through both home and hospital births, giving me a wealth of lived experience in various ways of birthing. Since moving to Chicago in 2019 I have now supported over fifty families in birth and postpartum.
